Transforming customer and employee experience with Genesys Cloud CX
As a solo designer on the project, my task was to refresh existing Genesys Cloud UI framework focusing on subset of enhancements to improve overall agent experience.
Improving operational efficiency of supervisors by providing real-time contact center statistics and performance monitoring
End-to-end solo re-design of real-time analytics dashboard and reporting tool that integrates with the Genesys Cloud platform to provide contact center managers with key insights into their operations. The tool delivers real-time visibility into metrics like service levels, agent availability, call queue lengths, and more.
IT Support, Unified in One Place — Resolved in Under an Hour
IT technicians at SOTI's enterprise customers were managing device fleets while juggling three separate areas of the platform just to initiate a single support interaction. I was brought in as the solo designer to rethink the live support experience end-to-end — starting from real user research, rebuilt on the Elevate Design System, and validated by the CEO before shipping.

Collaborate with the stakeholders to co-facilitated
3 days discovery sprint workshop at Genesys
Co-facilitated 3 days discovery sprint workshop for a project called ‘Consumption Portal’. It was fun filled virtual workshop in Miro. At the end of 3 days, we successfully ironed out the project direction and alignment between stakeholders. As a solo designer on the project - i took the direction we finalized in the workshop and came up with the quick interactive prototype and a final mock-up within two days for usability study.

When i’m not too busy, i usually spend my time designing cool conceptual projects to keep myself up-to-date with latest design trends and it also helps me brush up my design skills. I usually upload my work on to Dribbble and gather feedback from fellow designers across the globe.
