Currently, I’m a Senior Product Designer at AMEX, leading the Trip Cancel Guard feature, a travel protection product available exclusively to AMEX credit card customers that can be purchased after booking a flight. In this role, I’ve learned to deliver data-driven results in complex environments with limited resources, multiple stakeholders, and strict approval processes. This experience has helped me develop a flexible design process that drives user-friendly, high-converting digital experiences.
