I recently pivoted to financial services industry as a Senior Product Designer at AMEX — looking after a travel protection feature called Trip Cancel Guard® that offers customers added flexibility when booking trips.

Over the course of time, I've learned how to deliver data-driven results with more limited resources, cumbersome approval processes, and multiple stakeholders. This diverse background has allowed me to develop a flexible design process to create user-friendly experiences and achieve conversion rates regardless of the budget or timeline.
